REFUND POLICY

1. Returns Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be in resalable condition


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable unless defective:

  • Clearance items

  • Custom orders

  • Gift cards

  • Opened bedding or hygiene-sensitive items


3. Damaged or Defective Items

Customers must check goods before leaving store. If ordered online, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving damaged goods. Supporting photos may be required.


4. Refund Process

Please contact us directly to inquire on refund policy.


5. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
